Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only eligible for store credit or exchange. No refunds will be issued.

  • All returned items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • With tags and hygienic liners attached

    • Free from stains, deodorant, or perfume

Final Sale Items

  • Sale items, discounted products, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued as an online code that can be used on your next purchase.

  • Credit codes do not expire.

Shipping on Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
